Your movie isn't bad it has potential if you can address these complaints
the intro was too long and drawn out.
I don't want to sound like an sob here but was the lisp on "silent" intentional if so drop it.
and try drawing eyes on your characters.

Yeah, the intro seems to be to long.
Silents lisp is there because of bad audio quality to keep the file size down.
And ever played MGS1? THat's what peoples faces looked like. :P
